Postdoctoral Fellow in Cancer Immunology
University of Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
A postdoctoral associate position in Cancer Immunology is available in the laboratory of Dr. Jing Li at the University of Pittsburgh, Department of Immunology, and UPMC Hillman Cancer Center. Our goal is to unravel the molecular and cellular mechanisms driving immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment, with a particular focus on CD8+ regulatory T cells. We will leverage cutting-edge technologies, mouse cancer models and patient- derived specimens to drive scientific advancements in the field of Cancer Immunology and Human Immunology. Experience in immunological assays (e.g., flow cytometry), mouse tumor models and analyses of patient specimens will be highly valued. Additional skills in bioinformatics and single cell analysis are considered a plus.
