Blood Immune Receptor Repertoire and Transcriptome Profiling in a Murine Tuberculosis Model
Use of large animal cohorts can be required to perform standard immune repertoire and transcriptome profiling, especially for time-course and dose-response studies in murine models. This workshop will describe methods using small volume blood samples for profiling T- and B-cell receptor repertoires and transcriptomes in mice at different stages of tuberculosis progression, an approach that provides biologic insights while reducing animal usage.
