The NIH IMPACC study followed over 1,000 hospitalized COVID-19 patients from admission through convalescence. In this study, we used a 250-plex inflammatory cytokine panel (NULISAseq) to augment the previously completed serum cytokine profiling using the Olink Target 96 inflammatory panel. Using multivariate modeling, we determined predictors of severity from baseline and longitudinal measurements during the acute hospitalization period. We could rapidly profile thousands of samples with high sensitivity and precision using the automated ARGO HT instrument (Alamar Biosciences).
