Speakers
Brandon Trent, Ph.D., Senior Applications Scientist, Thermo Fisher Scientific
Dan Quigley, MSME, Lead Systems Design Engineer, Thermo Fisher Scientific,

As the field of flow cytometry expands our knowledge of the immune system, increased panel complexity has put a greater demand on instrumentation. Spectral unmixing has advanced panel size and diversity, enabling the study of novel cell populations. To help meet these needs, we have developed the Invitrogen™ Attune™ Xenith™ Flow Cytometer to bring clog-resistant acoustic focusing technology to high parameter flow cytometry. This system enables the use of spectral unmixing and high parameter compensation at speeds up to 500 µL/minute with lnvitrogen™ CytKick™ Autosampler compatibility.
