Speaker
Sharon Sanderson, Ph.D., Flow Cytometry Application Scientist and Product Manager, Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc

Advances in technology and fluorescent dye diversity means there are more complexities to navigate during experimental design. Following a 7-step process, we have generated human and mouse no/low compensation immunophenotyping panels. These panels generate data of a high quality that simplifies analysis; they work as a backbone framework to build higher plex panels and save on reagents and time. We will show you how you can build your own no/low compensation panels for conventional instruments, that will also work for spectral systems, enabling you to generate reliable and reproducible results.
