The  COVID-19 pandemic, caused by SARS-CoV-2, put the terms “immune response” and “immunology” on everyone’s radar. There is an urgent need to understand the immune response and relevant immunological mechanisms underlying the progression and long-term effects of many diseases, including COVID-19. This workshop introduces advancements in multiplex analysis of RNA and protein using the Luminex® xMAP® technology. Leveraging Invitrogen™ ProcartaPlex™ and QuantiGene™ Plex assays overcomes limitations by allowing simultaneous screening of up to 80 biomarkers. These high-plex assays help save precious sample, time, and cost.
