The Power of Choice: Improving Resolution and Unveiling Biology with Spectral Flow Cytometry

Understanding biology with flow cytometry relies on antibody conjugates and distinguishable fluorescent agents combined into panels built to reveal expression levels of a varied set of receptors on suspended cells. Advancements in flow cytometry increased the number of possibilities of antibody conjugates to be used simultaneously in a panel. In this talk, as BD celebrates 50 years of innovation in flow cytometry, we’ll share our learnings through a candid discussion on how decisions around panel design and experimental conditions impact biological resolution.
